Shipping policy

Popstar offers free standard shipping and handling on all orders shipping within the United States and Europe. Please note that while shipping and handling are free, customers in Europe will still be responsible for paying duties and taxes. These are collected at checkout so there are no surprise costs upon delivery.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. European and other international orders typically arrive within 14 business days, though delivery can take up to 4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.

Due to local regulations, we are currently unable to ship to Spain, Japan, or Saudi Arabia.
