Excellent product! I've been taking Popstar daily for the better part of a year now and found it to be by far the best volume product I've tried many of the other popular ones and they don't even compare. I've always had a very large volume and wanted to see if that could even be increased. I went from one to 3 ropes on a good day to 8-13 ropes every time. If big loads is what you want just stay consistent and drink a lot of water. Good stuff. It can make you a bit nauseous if you haven’t ate anything at all and take 4 with a huge glass of water but it’s not too crazy and you shouldn’t take supplements on an empty stomach anyways.

I started with one daily dose but then I think for the amount and what I require for my age and performance, three per day seems to be the right fit.
Not sure why you have to take 4 per dose but I think it’s helping with some volume but I hope to get more and the taste ? Well I can’t tell the load has a taste anymore but I love that too . 😁🔥
